A Knoxville Tennessee native, Tom’s love of the many varied bodies of water and the foothills of the Smoky Mountains are in evidence in his subtle, atmospheric paintings. Tom’s signature palette reflect the soft colors of contemporary interiors and his ethereal acrylic works can be found in many regional collections. Tom’s lifelong experience in Fine Art includes education at the University of Tennessee and studies under members of the Knoxville Seven, an influential group of artists who in the sixties, ushered in a new era of art in East Tennessee.  Tom founded Little River Art in 2004 after many career years’ experience in the field of Interior Design & fine furnishings.
